The production of tobacco wares "TUTUN-CTC" S.A. has at its disposal traditional and modern progressive technologies, which are applying in world tobacco industry. It is equipped with the complex of specialized shops and sectors for preparation and treatment of cut tobacco mixtures of oriental ("Oriental Blend"), English ("Virginia Blend") and American ("American Blend") directions, also for production of cigarettes with or without filter of wide diapason of dimension-types and its packing in hard or warm packets with different aspects of execution and configurations.

The workshops are completed with higher productive flow conveyers and control measuring the equipment from such world famous leading machine building and instrument-making companies as HAUNI, FOCKE, ITM, COMAS, BORGWALD.

The productivity of one complex conveyer achieves 4000-5000 cigarettes/minute. Installation of ultra modern equipment in 2006 with high efficiency up to 8000 sig/mines PROTOS 1-8/Comflex – SL/Laser 300S – FOCKE 350S (Germany) allows to pack cigarettes, both into classical packs, and in packs with the rounded off edges of Round Corner type.

Each year over 6.0-8.0 thousands tons of raw material from different world regions are processed and produced more than 6 mlrd. of cigarettes of 20-30 brands are produced, which are registered after "TUTUN-CTC" S.C.

In the last few years there was performed a great volume of work on the substitution of out-of-date technological equipment for the modern one from such leading manufacturers of the equipment for tobacco branch as Hauni (Germany) and Comas (Italy) at the enterprise. The first stage was dedicated to the primary floor, which allowed passing on another qualitative level of cut rag preparation. Putting in commission of the line on manufacture and cigarette packaging, PROTOS1-8, FOCKE, and the line KDF-4 on manufacturing of acetated filter sticks was the following stage. These lines belong to the machinery of the last generation due to its equipment, level of performance and high efficiency which meet all worldwide standards.

Recently the equipment for the tobacco leaf stem expansion was put in commission which allows processing the stems extracted in the process of manufacture. Earlier we sent these raw materials for processing to Europe; now the new line gave us a chance to decrease considerably the expenses, and nicotine and TAR level in cigarettes as well.

In the basis of the given construction of the cigarette line are put and considered all basic modern requirements for the techniques and technology.
